Begin your day with pickup from your hotel in Luxor and cross to the West Bank. Your first stop will be the Valley of the Kings, where many of Egypt’s powerful pharaohs were buried. Enter several royal tombs, each decorated with colorful inscriptions that tell stories of the journey to the afterlife. Afterward, continue to the majestic Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, carved into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari. Your guide will explain the impressive reign of Hatshepsut and the architectural significance of her terraced temple.

Proceed to the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues that once guarded the grand mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Take time for photos and listen to the historical background of these iconic figures.
